Applies to fulfilled reservations and is not applicable to Friends and Family Rate, Rewards Night, mployee Rate, Chase Free Night, Groups and Meetings Rate, Mr. and Mrs. Smith, Kimpton properties in AMER, Iberostar Properties, military properties, and Six Senses. Bookings made by travel agents and/or agencies having an existing partnership with IHG Hotels & Resorts outside of the PartnerConnect program are also excluded.
